Customer service: I didn't get her name and I have no clue how many people work here, but the woman with reader glasses who worked morning shift on 06NOV2025 is AWESOME!!!! We had a mix up with a package going to base and she was so understanding and really helped us out. Inside: The inside of the ship center is VERY small but it does have some things like boxes and tape and whatnot. Excellent customer attention. Two ladies both so helpful, professional and kind. Lori i believe was the lady who took care of my package. I showed up later in the afternoon to mail my daughter's birthday cake. Thank Goodness for these ladies and their help. They do printing jobs, all mailing and have items to purchase.

The lady was very nice although I came in mins before closing and didn't have my biz ready. Easy steps. No arguments. Great customer service and left with 5 mins to spare before closing. I don't know her name but she had dark dark hair. This is a smaller fedex so probably not too many of front clerks.

If you can use any one else do so. Package was misdelivered to someone and when I told them the photo taken was not my porch they response was " the driver out it where you told them to". I sent them photos of my porch with address to confirm they had sent it to the correct location and it was already closed out. When I called the customer service line it was all automated and there was no way to have it looked in to.
