For the first time, I used this facility and I could not be more pleased. The staff member was extremely professional and friendly. I arrived at 4:40pm on Thursday afternoon with a package that needed to be in Plantation, Florida by noon the next day (Friday). The staff member said it would be there by 10:30am on Friday and it was there at exactly 10:22am.
