package delivered to correct address but the people moved away 10 months ago, called fedex twice to have package picked up but couldnt talk to a human being and all their options with ai didn,t fit the problem so it will sit outside in the rain as i cant pick up up to put under cover
This location has excellent customer service, compared to route delivery. FedEx hasn't been it's best in awhile. I give good reviews when deserved. This location deserves a shout out. They assisted me with extreme professionalism and met all my needs.
Can't even deliver to an address on a major highway (N. Davis Hwy.) Paid extra for 2 day delivery for medication. Gave my number in delivery info, just in case. Said the address was wrong. But its not. Amazon and Walmart deliver frequently. After I called and gave explicit directions they said they would redilver my medication. They never even tried. As bad as the USPS. Guess I just have to go 3 days or more without my meds
