I would leave No Stars. Fed Ex has become horrible. The divers leave multiple apartments packages outside the building. I called Fed EX and they only asked me to deliver them. Good thing I am honest, it was the drivers responsibility. This has happened many times. Tuesday my package, medication was supposed to to be delivered after being delayed five days. Twice this week I have gone to pick up a package at the ship center and they have locked the door and shut down for a break. The may be short staffed but it just a bummer. The second time there was a sign on the door that said “be back in 30 min”. From when? Very frustrating.
I have had a package "out for delivery" for 9 days, and still haven't received it! Cant get a real person here in the states let alone in city! Cant file a claim either, their system doesn't work either! It says local weather delay, what too much sunshine?! Ugh!!! Any help?
