Honestly dealing with FedEx has been an awful experience. You can't talk to anyone in Ketchikan and the 800 # is beyond awful. Terrible experience.
Been trying to go there for a week! Still no one at the office. No one ever answers. This is the worst service ever. Highly recommend going anywhere else!
Horrible service. They can't seem to find anyone ever!!! Always soo llate everything is dead! Hopeless? Never flowers via FedEx unless u want trash
Only open for two hours but even closed during those times. Out to airport. Number left but when you call you get hung up on.
Very sad that item arrived on Friday morning in Ketchikan, then say arriving by 8pm. Now it's Saturday office closed till Monday. Even stopped by office during working hrs onoone there on Friday. Postal service would have been faster.
