They dont even deserve one star! No real person ever in Ketchikan! Package was supposed to arrive July 30th, now Aug 18th and still no package. Driver came and slapped a no delivery on the door of my neighbor while my door was wide open! Do your drivers even read the recipient name??? The most worthless company ever.

Honestly dealing with FedEx has been an awful experience. You can't talk to anyone in Ketchikan and the 800 # is beyond awful. Terrible experience.
