The white lady at the counter she had very short red hair. She was very nice to the other customers but when we came up she was completely rude/ unprofessional. She sighed when we told her we had 4 heavy packages to ship out. And didn’t help us print a label. As it says on their website they can help with printing at this location.
Once I finally found the store after 3 hours driving around and only finding ups stores around every corner the employees were wonderful!! You need to have more FedEx stores like ups has

You can't actually ship from here. Their website says you can. They will not package and ship for you and they don't care...
WOW. Outstanding Service! Bill, the assistant manager at the FedEx Office on 240 Andover Street in Peabody, is a true gem. His professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely helpful attitude made my visit seamless and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure everything I needed was taken care of—and did it all with a smile. You don’t often find customer service like this anymore. Thank you, Bill—you’re the reason I’ll keep coming back!
