Nicholas never even drives into the neighborhood and then says the address is wrong Meanwhile I get stuff from other FEDEXs not where this one is located and everything is delivered. You guys suck. Do Better
Driver did NOT try to deliver package. Left sticky not on yard gate that he attempted delivery which was totally false. I took the day off to accept delivery and sign for the package too. Called customer service twice and each time they said the delivery center would call me back with a delivery update. No one ever called. FedEx is the worst for customer service and communication.
