Wonderful customer service
I don’t know how slow these people normally operate, but it seemed like they went slow on purpose because I was standing there waiting. Just needed them to scan and give me a receipt. I stood there for nine minutes while they helped two other people ship single packages that’s legitimately insane, at that rate, they would be able to ship less than 100 packages a day. The productivity must be increased at this location in my opinion.
Christopher Smith was the most helpful and happy employee I have encountered in a long time! He made my experience awesome!
