Always closed. Hours are never accurate. Customer service is non existent. Good luck sending or receiving packages, will never ship or arrive.
To be clear to other users, this is only a shipping location. If you need copying, printing, etc, then go to the UPS Store nearby. But, for basic shipping services, this hub is very professionally handled. We particularly enjoy the gentleman behind the counter, who will greet you with a sense of humor (and often a daily joke) and attention to detail. Makes it a lot easier after you've been standing in line!
