Very nice worker lady Very pleasant
Instead of delivering my packages, their driver left them ON THE SIDE OF A HIGHWAY OVER HALF A MILE from my door. Packages are shipped "Signature Required" but the drivers are forging signatures and leaving packages (with expensive medicines that are sensitive to heat) on the ground next to the mail box on a HOT day in August. Drivers lie about package having wrong address to avoid making deliveries (address confirmed with shipper as correct). AVOID these LYING IDIOTS at all costs! 2nd visit to ship out business package from here. I now drive 15 miles out of my way to go here vs anywhere else! That's all I need to say. Great job team at FedEx!
