My drive way is a 8th of a mile long it just went to my mailbox looking for my package that said delivered and just happened to see my package sitting on the side of my driveway! Why was it not delivered to my house FedEx has delivered to my house all the other times why was it sit out on the side of my driveway for !! Very upset about this !!!
I paid extra for Friday delivery vs Monday. Driver did not ring the doorbell. Human was home. Dog was home. Package required signature. Delivery was rescheduled for following Monday, when I would already be out of town. Online customer service would not tell me where the package was. Had to drive to four facilities to find the package. Drove to this facility twice. But ... big thanks to Sandy for her friendly and effective service!

Instead of delivering my packages, their driver left them ON THE SIDE OF A HIGHWAY OVER HALF A MILE from my door. Packages are shipped "Signature Required" but the drivers are forging signatures and leaving packages (with expensive medicines that are sensitive to heat) on the ground next to the mail box on a HOT day in August. Drivers lie about package having wrong address to avoid making deliveries (address confirmed with shipper as correct). AVOID these LYING IDIOTS at all costs!
