Just watched a Crossville driver “attempt to deliver” my package by not getting out of his truck and taking a picture of my package in his truck saying no one is home while I’m looking at him from my window. I called customer service to redirect the driver that left moments ago and customer service stated that their multibillion dollar company had no way to contact THEIR driver. First was the very professional staff in the office also alerting of possible bad situation at certain Address in Texas address which saved me to avoid a problem.
