Efficient. A little hard to locate.
This facility is awesome with easy and useful help with an amazing staff that actually truly cares about customers and the shipping thru them is the best I've ever used and totally puts usps to shame. Thank you
Delivery driver made no attempt to let me know they were here. I waited at home all day for this shipment to arrive and they stopped just long enough to put a tag on my door, and made no attempt to deliver the package.
I was promised Fedex delivery on Saturday. Came in early and they never delivered. Needed the package. They said they tried but when I called they told me they held it till Monday. This has happened before. The part that makes me mad is they lie and say they tried to deliver. This is why I used UPS.
