Polite quick helpful
Very pleasant and efficient. I refused a delivered package and was in line no more than a few minutes.
Stacy Whiten and her supervisor went above and beyond to find my packages for me .... they were both very cordial and helpful....thanks and Merry Christmas!
This store need a better service, people there have a real bad attitude, is a old black or Hispanic woman and a white female, they are so rude. I brought some boxes have to ship back, the boxes some of them are damaged but the same way FedEx brought to me and they make me buy new boxes and tape or they didn't keep the shipment. Make me waste my money and my time. I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH FEDEX.
Worst ground delivery don't use! For an important package by ground they say now it will take 11 days! Don't count on time delivery for Christmas!
