On June 5th, I arrived at the FedEx facility in Lebanon, NH, with a fragile item that needed to be packaged and shipped. I was unaware that this FedEx facility does not package one's items. Having driven 45 minutes to this location, I decided to package my item using available FedEx materials. Brian, the FedEx attendant, was extremely helpful in guiding me to the best method for packing this fragile item using those materials. I’ve always had a great experience when dropping off packages. Fast, friendly, and efficient staff!
fedex overnight shipping is 6h late and they dont even bother to provide details. just waited a whole day in vain in an unconvenient location they were suppose to deliver because they cannot even call you upon arrival (and my building condominium is not open which is just fine) … fancy shipping ? nope - a joke!
They refuse to deliver to our house and leave in in our road, not even in our driveway.
