Comically bad service. It’s like a three stooges skit. Packages sent all over Willy nilly. We’re still missing 800$ worth of product with no information or news for days.
Whoever runs the Ithaca route needs to get their shit together! Specifically the rural route (if that differs)! Learn the difference between 613 and 615. The number is on the package and in big black numbers on my mailbox!!
If I would give this place zero starts I would. These drivers can’t read or tell numbers on the buildings. They keep leaving the packages at the wrong address or buildings. I called so many times this FedEx office, even our leasing manager called them to let them know that they are not delivering packages to the right locations. They have zero trainings.
