My package was not delivered to my door. Instead the delivery driver for this location separated my packages placed half in the mailroom and then left the remainder of the packages elsewhere. When I requested that my package be redelivered to my door I was told that they would call the delivery location at 4:30pm then again at 5:00pm. To be told at 6:30 that the facility was closed even though the hours of operation are until 8pm. The person who delivered my package should be written up due to their carelessness. I am at an absolute loss. The comments here tell me that my experience is not unique, but I waited, IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW for my delivery for 2 days. I got a message saying that delivery was attempted, but no one was home. Not only was I there, but my apartment office staff was there as well. Today (5 days after the original delivery date), I got the picture attached as my "proof of delivery attempt" from the driver, Edward. Worst costumer service I've had in 12 years. Starting with a driver lying that "tried" to deliver, and representative hanging the phone on me.

It's ok to lie about address being incorrect, when you dont wanna deliver your package. Shipper sent a copy of label with apartment # , FED EX claimed was missing. Stayed home all day for nothing.
