Ordered a 2 day shipping on a package on Tuesday. Was suppose to receive it Friday. Out for delivery Friday turned into delivery Monday by 8pm. Called customer service Friday evening and was given a commitment for delivery that evening. Saturday at noon (bc it didn’t arrive as guaranteed) called customer service again and they tell me if I can get to this location in 9 minutes, I can get my package. This place had weird energy from moment I walked in no one greeted me the light skin dude at the front was the only one up there and was helping someone so I can kind of understand why. Convient, all the self help you need .
My package was not delivered to my door. Instead the delivery driver for this location separated my packages placed half in the mailroom and then left the remainder of the packages elsewhere. When I requested that my package be redelivered to my door I was told that they would call the delivery location at 4:30pm then again at 5:00pm. To be told at 6:30 that the facility was closed even though the hours of operation are until 8pm. The person who delivered my package should be written up due to their carelessness.
