Lady at the front was rude and hostile to start when trying to do equipment return for my last job. She kept making assumptions and telling me I was wrong over and over rather than instruct me I needed to go to an office instead. Bless the other employees for being helpful and letting me know.
Was good , easy and faster. Not to much communication but was good service
Older gentleman at counter was clear and quick and competent when I brought in a huge thing to ship. So grateful!
