I need PParker (fedex employee) to stop marking packages as delivered when they have not been delivered. This is the second time this has happened at my school and I am missing a check I need to order uniforms for my team and time is running out! Adding 6/9/2026 - another package saying it was delivered and received by PParker and yet it hasn’t been delivered. Reporting to fed ex again until they can retrain their employees to stop doing this!

My boyfriend dropped off an automatic transmission yesterday (5/29/26) to be shipped out through eBay. He arrived there and had asked the person explicitly if they could take it being it was 107 lbs. I can't get them to pick up any packages anymore! Before I would schedule a pickup and I would randomly get more than one driver to show up usually 2+ days late when I only scheduled 1 pickup, but now I can't get anyone to show up even when I call multiple times a day and request proof of the pickup.
