Horrible! Package was delivered to the wrong address. The customer service rep said to contact the shipping company. FEDEX MESSED UP, not the shipping company. Their driver left the package at the WRONG HOUSE.
The driver keeps leaving with the package because the front door to our business is locked. I can watch the recording on our front door camera each time. Every time he pulls on the door handle and then leaves. Doesn't knock. FedEx in general is the worst. On other orders I have had them leave a package at my neighbors house down the street and a box right in the middle of my driveway with no covering or protection in bad weather conditions. Very few times have I had FedEx deliver something where I didn't have an issue.
This is the second time I’ve had a package that your warehouse delivered stolen off my front stoop of my apartment building. Every other company puts packages *inside* the front door to the building, but for some reason your company always throws things on the stoop. You’re just asking for things to get stolen. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do better.
Scanned package out for delivery either never made it on truck or the drivers to damn lazy to bring out 2 boxes use a different shipping service!!!!
Staff is always friendly and polite. Convenient location.
