Never been mad at a shipping hub manager before but this dudes on a power trip. Capn crunch looking guy lied and said I was going to a different hub, almost causing me the loss of my fragile overnight ship. Will be going elsewhere from here on out.

To get a hold of a real person at Fed ex is impossible. What kind of business will not list their direct number so customers talk to a real person and not a computer?
Similar story to other recent reviews… I will start by saying that I’ve had so many problems with FedEx deliveries that I avoid using when possible This recent trouble, we tried to call the local FedEx Shipping stations and there is no chance to get in contact with anyone.
