The driver “delivered “ the package, takes his pictures ,then steals it! Did he forgot cameras are everywhere. Come on fedex yall can do better!
Very courteous employees, extreme polite, with me knowing the company I work for that makes a large quantity of their labels, it see.s funny when you look at so.e of your work at another place. They have fast service, will make sure you're very well taken care of.
I guess I'm just another victim of the FedEx in Wilson NC. I have been waiting on my package for three days now, and still wait. Everytime 8 call costumer service they're telling me the same thing. Your package was delivered at the wrong address or they're saying I refused the package. I have cameras to prove that no FedEx truck came to delivery my package. FedEx is horrible. FedEx, especially this one has to be the worst company in the US. What a joke they are when they show up to my house and don’t have my package EVERY TIME!!!!!!!!! Then the drivers fly down my long drive way 30/40mph even after asking them nicely to slow down because we have kids and animals running around. Despicable. Don’t ever expect to speak to a human being for customer service. I’m being told by the shipper that they have no clue where my package is “must have been lost in transit”. Tried calling to ask customer service for help and NOTHING. Just a ridiculous automated voice repeating itself like a broken record. This is insane and completely unacceptable. I paid $200 for this package and just gone :(
