Expected to receive a package that required a SIGNATURE; three occurrences delivery driver doesn’t bother coming to the door to knock or ring the doorbell. Mind you, I signed off on the previous slip, permitting the delivery driver to leave the package unsigned. Still immediately defaults to writing out the missed shipment ticket and leaving right away. Customer service is just about as useless as this place is at making deliveries.

I have a pretty valuable package that’s “is out for delivery” going on 4-5 days the driver has shown up to my house but “couldn’t find it” in his truck when i called I was told the driver just hadn’t made the t to my house yet. After I personally talked with the driver! Then even after delivery hours told me my package was being delivered soon “it’s on the truck”. Thanks FedEx for DELIVERING MY PACKAGES TO THE WRONG ADRESS! Not once, not twice, but SEVEN TIMES! Dare I say it may happy again!? I'm beginning to suspect someone at your company is taking pictures at random houses and keeping the packages for themselves?

FedEx is the armpit of shipping companies in my opinion!! They will lie to you and keep telling you that your package is coming when they know that its NOT going to be delivered! I took 2 days off of work because I have to sign for the package and they keep telling me that the package is coming today everyday but it never shows up! I'm still currently waiting on this package! I will being showing my face in your office Monday morning if my package is not delivered today!

Y’ALL DELIVERED MY CHAIRS FOR MY TABLE BUT CAN’T DELIVER MY ACTUAL DAMN TABLE? MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE ?! BEEN WAITING SINCE MONDAY FOR MY TABLE TO ARRIVE! AND THIS IS ALL I SEE “ No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day.” And all these reviews stating they finna sue, add me to that class action because I’ve had enough! This place needs to shut down immediately!!!
