Driver dropped my packages off at the end of my driveway by the curb!!! Pictures attached. Too lazy to pull into the driveway and bring it to the porch. This was part of a $4000 bed that was just set to the curb like it was garbage. Too boot the had another part of my order "on delivery truck" no attempt made to deliver rescheduled delivery for next business day! What the hell is that BS?? The driver “delivered “ the package, takes his pictures ,then steals it! Did he forgot cameras are everywhere. Come on fedex yall can do better!
Total lack of incompetence, is the only way I can describe this location. Absolutely horrible. How are you going to have a package on the truck, out for delivery and then never make it to the destination, only for it to end up in a trailer with hundreds of other packages, to be delivered at a later date? This was all verified by a customer service rep at the location, so it's not speculation. Crazy!
FedEx is the WORST! I ordered a package from Walmart and a package from Amazon….both to be delivered by FedEx. Got a notification at 7:46 pm that my package was delivered at 7:06 pm and signed for….but of course NO PACKAGE!! Call customer service to be given the run around and still NO PACKAGE! Speaking with customer service again feels like they’re feeding me bs in trying to “solve” the issue. To me I don’t believe they are and I’m completely annoyed. FedEx please do better because this is ridiculous!!
Need drivers with some common sense. Had a big note on the door that said “Fed ex leave package please” with cars in the parking lot showing people are here with the Front door unlocked to the office and they still decided to put a “we missed you” note right beside the paper that says leave the package. Didn’t even have to be sign for either like just leave the dang package it ain’t that hard
