I guess I'm just another victim of the FedEx in Wilson NC. I have been waiting on my package for three days now, and still wait. Everytime 8 call costumer service they're telling me the same thing. Your package was delivered at the wrong address or they're saying I refused the package. I have cameras to prove that no FedEx truck came to delivery my package. FedEx is horrible. They cant even deliver my package to a pickup location. I been through two support tickets. They tell me it's at the FedEx pick up location I choose in Walgreens. I get there it's no where to be found. I been three times. They close the support saying it's resolved without confirming I picked my package. So I'm assuming somebody at this FedEx location in Wilson stole my package. Customer service can't do squat but open support tickets for them to lie about it and say it's ready for pickup. Well, I guess I'm just one more victim of the Wilson FedEx shipment facility. Ordered an expensive package. Scheduled delivery was for today... THE DELIVERY DRIVER EVEN CAME TO MY HOUSE TO DELIVER SAID PACKAGE JUST TO TURN AROUND AND TELL ME THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE IT - THAT IT MUST STILL BE ALL THE SHIPMENT CENTER!!! Another victim of the Wilson FedEx shipment facility. Ordered a package only for it to be delivered to the wrong address. The picture on the tracking website is clearly not my house. I do have doorbell video of the driver pulling into my driveway, sitting in the truck for 2 minutes and then leaving. The video shows them at my house AN HOUR BEFORE IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED. Customer service is a joke. Seems to me like they are just stealing packages.
Never left door slip and never saw the fed ex driver arrive on my home security cameras. I dont know why Fed Ex app says they LEFT a door slip even tho they were NEVER HERE
