The driver “delivered “ the package, takes his pictures ,then steals it! Did he forgot cameras are everywhere. Come on fedex yall can do better!
Total lack of incompetence, is the only way I can describe this location. Absolutely horrible. How are you going to have a package on the truck, out for delivery and then never make it to the destination, only for it to end up in a trailer with hundreds of other packages, to be delivered at a later date? This was all verified by a customer service rep at the location, so it's not speculation. Crazy!
I think they should have people knock on your door and let you know that they’re there because the man delivered my package on Thursday he did not knock at the door. He did not park in front of the door. He parked around. He parked back where I couldn’t see him and that’s not good. I just saw him by accident.
FedEx is the WORST! I ordered a package from Walmart and a package from Amazon….both to be delivered by FedEx. Got a notification at 7:46 pm that my package was delivered at 7:06 pm and signed for….but of course NO PACKAGE!! Call customer service to be given the run around and still NO PACKAGE! Speaking with customer service again feels like they’re feeding me bs in trying to “solve” the issue. To me I don’t believe they are and I’m completely annoyed. FedEx please do better because this is ridiculous!!
Paid for a Saturday Delivery, waited all day for the parts to complete my car project, FedEx kept promising they were delivering on Saturday until Saturday had passed, then minutes into Sunday now promised a new delivery date. FedEx lying to their customers about delivery services they do not offer, has your customers no longer offering your service.
