I really don't understand what the issue is with this one FedEx location in LaGrange, GA. Their drivers do not do their job or listen to any instructions. I've had to call customer support every day because the driver decides not to follow the instructions. I've attempted to make it easier for the driver to let them deliver the package to the apartment office, so that they don't have to drive to the back of the apartment complex and walk up 3 flights of stairs. The FedEx driver left my package at the end of the driveway on the ground instead of coming up my driveway and leave it on the porch. Anyone could have gotten my package. This was unacceptable and I am pretty sure, the driver wouldn't want his package left on the ground. This was poor customer service and I am really pissed!
Can't give lower.....wont allow a review. FEDEX driver speeds through our neighborhood with music blaring and all doors open! I have complained about the speeding before to no avail. I hope nothing happens , but if it does.....victims please contact me I have video!! Latest was about 12:45 today. Tried to post the video here but it won't allow a .MOV upload on this site.
The lobby itself felt old and rundown. The ease of getting in and out quickly along with a kind desk agent make it worth it. I will definitely use this location again.
