Abbie was wonderful and helpful in getting the exact details to get the package on time with max confidence. She knew exactly how to navigate the zip codes so that the package was available for pick up as early as possible. This was true FedEx style shipping. Absolutely fantastic work, knowledge, customer focus, and follow through. The overnight package was available for pick up early morning and exactly as promised.
whoever delivered a box at Album Park Apartments on Wednesday July 16th say around 1-4pm! The FedEx driver needs to find a new job because he did not deliver my box to my door. He put the box in the office where management does not allow boxes in the office. I live on the second floor. This person was too lazy or out of shape to take that box up to the second floor and deliver to my door, they have one job!!! and also, the box was very heavy.
