Super nice, fast and knowledgeable.
terrible. you can't even opt out of Fed Ex deliveries. They'll say they can't deliver when the gate is wide open and I can see their truck or they'll throw signature required financial documents over a gate in the rain. Not just once, this is their reputation in all of Nashville. No surprise there's not a local customer support option.
This location has had my package sitting there for a total of THREE DAYS now. Said my package would arrive Sunday, then Monday, now no delivery date scheduled at all. I paid extra for this to come Monday because I ordered an alternator for my car. I literally cannot drive anywhere because they’re holding my package. Took 30 minutes to get in contact with an actual human who couldn’t help with a damn thing. I usually prefer FedEx over other shipping couriers, but they’ve truly disappointed me this time.
