terrible. you can't even opt out of Fed Ex deliveries. They'll say they can't deliver when the gate is wide open and I can see their truck or they'll throw signature required financial documents over a gate in the rain. Not just once, this is their reputation in all of Nashville. No surprise there's not a local customer support option.
This location has had my package sitting there for a total of THREE DAYS now. Said my package would arrive Sunday, then Monday, now no delivery date scheduled at all. I paid extra for this to come Monday because I ordered an alternator for my car. I literally cannot drive anywhere because they’re holding my package. My shipping date was today by end of day. I have tried earlier to speak to a human about why my package was supposed to be delivered today by end of day it is now 10:08pm no package no nothing. The tracking still showed my package setting at the Nashville FedEx dept. This is absolute bs, when told something is to be delivered it should be delivered. Marcus was awesome. Double checked everything and made sure it was right. He was awesome to interact with and felt assured my package would get to where I needed it! Told him I would be back to ship packages from here.
