Very attentive staff.
My package has been sitting here for an entire day…it was supposed to be delivered by 12pm. Now it’s the end of the day and it hasn’t moved at all.
Customer service is God awful if you need to call any FedEx location they will twist you around in circles instead of letting you speak to staff at this location where we originally shipped this package from.
Over 15 minutes with no one at the front desk. Not the first time this has happened. Rarely is there someone there ready to help you
This place sucks! Or should I say the managers makes it hostile environment Joshua RICHARDSON is one of the belt manger this guy is so rude and disrespectful and think he is CEO lollz, do know how to talk zero communication skills the Senior manager is the worse they all bad over there I don’t know how they get there!! The only star is for for some of the employees FedEx do better this little group of guy are making you look terrible.
