This site is probably the worst one in the nation. A month ago, I expected a package with my passport and visa from New York. I bought flight ticket (first class) for coming Monday and arranged the FEDEX delivery on Saturday. I was waiting for my package in this center on Saturday afternoon after a whole morning of waiting. 4 adults at home waiting for the package. And no one knocked the door. They just sent me an email saying no one at home and rescheduled to another day.
Hope you don't need anything important delivered. You won't ever find it again. Customer service is so unhelpful, just keep talking in circles but never give you an actual answer as to where exactly it was so called "delivered". Save yourself the headache and ship with someone else. I paid $50 to 2 day deliver my id for a flight, and the only sort of answer I got was "looks like it was left outside the residence" IM IN A HOTEL, WHAT DO YOU MEAN OUTSIDE! Is it so hard to bring it to the lobby like anyone with sense would?!
