Our company paid for priority overnight for important documents to be delivered today (Friday) before noon. I've been keeping an eye on the tracking number all morning and it showed it was scheduled to arrive before 11:45am, and all of the sudden the delivery date was changed to Monday because the driver (Ivan) stated that the business was closed or there was nobody to receive the package, which is incorrect.
