My package was marked as “attempted to deliver” when we were home all day. When they called us they even lied saying that they talked to “someone” and “she” said that no one with our names lived there. They just lie to make you go there. Terrible service.
Great Service Packed and Shipped items Arrived in Great Condition
They will not call you about your packages whether you leave your number on the door or not. They don't want you to get your package they want to have rules and not find solutions. They also will not be accurate about where your package is despite how many times you call and ask
I ended up visiting this FedEx location twice today because of some trouble with my QR code, which kept me from shipping on my first try. When I came back with a label, I realized I didn’t really know how to package my item correctly since I’m pretty new to shipping. Thankfully, two wonderful ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help me pack everything up, step by step. They didn’t have to do any of that, but they were so patient and genuinely kind.
