Unsure how FedEx would allow a brick & mortar location to represent them in such a poor way. Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff every single time, and on my last visit they were playing music that was definitely not approved by corporate from a personal device.
Carl is shockingly impersonal and rude.
A prayer for anyone who has had to step foot in here. When Fedex delays, mis-delivers, loses or gets your packages stolen, you will probably end up here and nothing will be solved.
I am somewhat baffled how a private company can be so rude and inefficient and still make money. I guess being the only game in town helps. The man here hates his job and lets you know it.
