I am somewhat baffled how a private company can be so rude and inefficient and still make money. I guess being the only game in town helps. The man here hates his job and lets you know it.
You know what they say, salmon swim upstream. Contrary to all the low ratings here, I had a wonderful experience with this shipping facility. When the delivery guy struggled to find the way into my apartment they called me and tried super hard to make it happen. Was easy to get the package tbh. Very chill.
Avoid shipping to any addresses that this location delivers. They lost a envelope containing several thousand dollars of checks. This is a FACT. Then when I went there they were rude. I am a FED EX business customer and this was out of the ordinary to lose a package but abundant negative reviews for this hell hole are on point. FED EX better reimburse me for every penny. Just a disgrace for FED EX. Avoid this place like the plague.
