FEDEX is hands-down the worst provider for your Shipping needs. Nothing but terrible unreliable experiences. Expecting an express overnight pick up to be handled on time is a fool’s errand. It would be faster to send a smoke signal. The worst customer service. Almost impossible to speak with a live agent. I can’t say enough terrible things about this company.

The staff at the KoP ship center are organized, helpful, and I have had great luck picking up and shipping everything from here. Update 9 years later. It’s even better!
