Fast customer service and staff was friendly.
Everything about them sucks! Excuse after excuse while package not delivered, can't get thru to a manager ever! Getting your delivery 2 to 4 days after original scheduled and then it is tossed on the ground. I hope they go under. UPS kicks their butt in service!!
Driver left an envelope weighing less than .1lbs on my porch in windy weather. Needless to say, it went flying away. I had a box right next to where he or she laid it that could have been used, as well as my doorway or even sliding it under my welcome mat. I called customer service and they were very unhelpful stating that it was delivered. I work where we receive and ship items and I will no longer utilize FedEx. I will go with a carrier that is more responsible with packages.
