Great service! A company had sent me a return label but it wasn't in a format FedEx could scan. Ericka had me forward the email to her so she could print it and get it working manually.
Horrible shippers package has been out for delivery for 2 days and it doesn't look like it's going to today it's 7:30pm. Don't know how you can have a package out for two days and can't get it delivered.
I would like to thank Timothy H. for all his help in tracking down a package that I made a mistake on the address. He went way beyond the Call of Duty to help me and followed through ,even after I left. I wish more of FedEx employies were like him. When I called the 800 number two or 3 times prior nobody knew what they were talking about like: Roxanne in customer service. . He was the first one that helped us and knew what he was doing.
