It’s hard to comprehend how a company can send packages worldwide overnight but, can’t move a package from FedEx ground on Dylan Street to FedEx World Services on Lincolnway a 5.5 mile trip. I ordered a new bed on July 6. The next morning my road was closed for construction, there was no advance warning given to the residents about the closure. This is the second time my package has sat in South Bend for days and on the scheduled delivery date, it’s not delivered. The last time was medication that had to be refrigerated and by time it was delivered, it was no good. Why am I paying 2 day shipping for my package to sit in a shipping facility, not being delivered when it is supposed to be???? Absolute and total incompetence.
