The lady at the front desk was extremely polite and respectful. I had a Delivery that I urgently needed on a Saturday that suddenly updated and said Monday, so I drove directly here to pick it up. I barely made it 15 minutes before they closed up and she was willing to go sort through the packages in the warehouse to find mine. I'm extremely grateful to her and God bless!

FED EX IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! They take forever to deliver your package, when you have an issue (and you will) there is absolutely no way to contact anyone for help. All you can do is reach their automated phone assistant that throws you into a loop of 5 core questions then it hangs up on you. Meanwhile your package will still be missing. I would have better luck getting a package delivered by a monkey in a hot air balloon then using Fed Ex. Complete Joke. EDIT: And here we go again.
