Came to this location and no one was in the front. Waited for a while and no one ever came up front. There’s no bell to ring for service, and it would appear no employees in the back that care enough to watch for and help customers.

I can not believe how rude Cindy was when I went here to pick up a package. Customer service said to go pick up the package and then Cindy refused to get the package because she didn’t want to. Even customer service could not believe how rude she was stating it is her job to to get packages. The customer service agent called and tried to resolve the matter and Cindy hung up on the agent. Cindy even was talking to co workers in the back about not wanting to get the package and then came up and said there was no one else there... read more
