I can't comment on this particular shipping center. But delivery in the virginia beach area is not reliable. They can't deliver by the projected time frame. Their drivers deliver it to wrong address. Companies should stop using fedex to deliver their customers' packages.
Shipment missing for 3 days.
Tried to deliver to my house(with signature), left a door tag, I called when I got home from work and explained that I dont want to have to sign for it because i cant get off work early enough to be home at 3pm. Everything was fine and they said I wouldnt have to sign. Then received a call from this location on international. The lady told me because its cologne it cannot be dropped off without a signature.
