Terrible delivery procedures. Ordered a product through Amazon Prime. Delivery was supposed to be 2 days. Waiting all day yesterday at home to find out an hour and half later through Amazon that delivery “was attempted” and product sent back to warehouse. In fact, delivery was NOT attempted. No knock on door. No notice on door. Then called customer service. Their phone maze was ridiculous. Finally reached a real person who said the warehouse is closed but they will open a ticket for delivery today. I ask to pick up in person... read more

Having shipping centers for both FedEx and UPS, in bradenton, is a huge asset to the community, and each of them is less than 15 minutes from my house... Yippee 😁
