Priority overnight express package got delivered at noon and they decide to hold the package until the following day because trucks only go out in the morning. Crazy to do for such a high priority package.
Helpful, Quick and Efficient
I’m sure i’m not the only person who feels this way; customer and employees. Fedex has to be the worst out of UPS, Amazon and DHL. Not sure how your routing system works, if you have a human or AI, either way, it’s horrible. Nearly everyday or every delivery made to my specific location, always arrives early, no matter what. but for some reason every time i decide to order something and they use you guys, i regret buying it just because of that.
