Had a great experience at this location, I needed to drop off something that has a QR code with it and I had never done that before from shipping something. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the process for me and it was super easy to do, I will never worry about printing a label again. Store was spotless and staff was excellent, I am very happy with my experience here at this location. I would definitely use this location again and would recommend this location to anyone in need of shipping services.
Very helpful and professional
Bunch of incompetent delivery drivers and customer support reps apparently. Their idiot driver doesn't know how to read building numbers and tried to give my NEIGHBOR my package. It has to be signed for so obviously my neighbor declined. Instead of walking next door to the correct building, the driver marked my package undeliverable and put it back on the truck. Very unpleasant experience. Greeted employee with "Good morning". No response. Just stare. Repeated: " good morning". Response was: "what do you need". I'll find UPS nearby.
