I didn’t receive any notification my package was out for delivery, they didn’t attempt to contact me, or deliver the package. They just left a note at my gate that I missed my package (I was home at the time of the “attempted delivery”). I talked on the phone with a representative that said I could go pick it up the next day after speaking to the store. Very slow had people waiting a half our just to get single packages
Fast and friend. I was in and out in 15 minutes
Worst experience ever. They called me out of no where and said I have packages that driver attempt to deliver which they never did. (They don’t even leave door tag or what so ever.) she said they will only hold for a week and threaten to send it back to wherever it was came from if I never come and pick up within 7 days.
