This is the absolute worst place your package can go. My package was delivered to this facility on Monday 2/02 and on 2/05 they have not unloaded the trailer and after speaking to the manager, she states she cannot give me a date when the trailer will be unloaded. Do not send your valuables here. You may never see them.
I pull into a full parking lot. Large signs posted everywhere stating “customer parking only”. Since it’s full, I find a spot around the corner and park. There are 3 people outside the front door. One is on the phone, smoking a cigarette whilst blocking the path. The next person is laying against the employee entrance door, I assume he’s on break. Terrible drives. Your packages will either be lost or late.
Women a location refuse to help me and ship my package off i came 30 minutes before clise she didn't even try to help me was rude and had a nasty attitude I drove 1 hour to location just to be treated like trash
