Went to pick up my package and they refused they said it marked to be delivered tomorrow and we can't give it to you, the lady in the front was rude and not helping.
I have instructions on my fed ex account that explains to leave all packages in the hub at my apartment complex … I had an overnight package that was scheduled to be delivered before 12!! An attempt wasn’t even made until close to 4! I got a message about the driver attempting to deliver but I’m confused on why was it attempted and not actually delivered … the hub was open .
