Loses packages and takes no accountability
Jessica decide to change our delivery that we paid overnight shipping for. It was supposed to be delivered before 1pm Friday. She moved it to Monday with no explanation. We are now at the location to pick up the package and they can’t find it. The package contains thousands of dollars of medications. This is unacceptable. We’ve been at the branch for 50 minutes with little to no updates and rude, short answers from some other lady who’s name I don’t know.
Jessica is terrible!
Jesica just changes deliveries without reaching out to the customer. We had an overnight delivery on ice that she canceled on Friday and moved to Monday. The medication will expire in the Louisiana heat. Jesica should be fired!
