The lady assisting me was quite possibly the rudest individual I have ever met. She clearly is lazy and doesn’t like her job. After checking my ID she scolded me saying I should be using the FedEx closer to my home address. I was using this location due to the proximity of my office and lack of ability for my husband to go mail the package- none of which is her business.
