The lady with short blond hair and glasses is so rude every time I go there she has a attitude. Told manager twice and nothing done.
After calling customer service tonight because my package was “attempted” to be delivered (it wasn’t) I was assured they were tracking the delivery truck and it would be delivered this evening. It has now been updated to state that my package is at the FedEx facility. FedEx has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. If this particular company offered shipping other than FedEx I would happily pay more to have USPS or UPS deliver my packages. At least then I might actually get them.
Delivered a LIVE ANIMAL to this address for my customer to pickup and they wouldn’t give it to him. The name on the box was different from his ID he explained why yet they still didn’t give him the package. I had to call costumer service bc I couldn’t get in contact with that FedEx! They told me to write an email saying I authorized him to pick it up and they said the email was fake. On 11/21/25 tracking 487679199023 Delivery included 2 other pkgs as well. Delivery included insulin, delivery was NOT made to front door! All 3 pkgs were dropped off in yard. The driver that did this sd be fired immediately bc he is a disgraceful moron
