Just a heads up, the Dangerous Goods “specialist” was completely uninformed. Seems he thinks his job is to say “you did this wrong” instead of realizing that he works in customer service and his job is to assist and help the paying customers that are there to use their “helpful” services. Do your own homework, cause they do not care to help. I’d go to Oxnard location if you have that option.
FedEx is a fail. Every package is late
I needed help to get my package. Even though it was a FedEx Ground problem, they went out of their way to direct me to a good solution. Thank you so much!
