I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from FedEx. My package went missing, and instead of receiving assistance or accountability, I was met with an incredibly frustrating experience. Trying to reach customer service was nearly impossible. When I finally spoke with someone, I did not receive any meaningful help, answers, or a clear resolution. HORRIBLE DRIVERS OBVIOUSLY CANT READ BECAUSE THEY CANT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. THEY stole my package worth $800 by marking it as attempted delivery. Customer service can’t do anything to help very useless. I can’t wait for my redelivery to let the driver know himself/herself how SLOW AND INCOMPETENT THEY’RE!!
Good place, friendly staff. But enormous facility, can be confusing on where to go. My GPS brought me to the wrong place.
