Terrible que no permitan pagar en cash, cuando se tiene una emergencia
Does not take FedEX QR code. Had to go all the way to woodbridge. Convenient location but the FedEx center doesn't take there own QR code at a main hub??
Horrible company and even worse service. Not able to speak to live agent..like ever! And I know the tricks. I have a shipment that has been sitting at a location 5 miles from me and it hasn’t moved in days..for no reason other than ineptness. No way to request that I just pick it up either..choose UPS or USPS if you need something delivered in central Jersey. This site is an absolute joke.
