Terrible customer service for picking up a package. asked to speak to a manager and the front desk lady with blonde braids lied and stated the manager is in a meeting. I didn’t have a physical id card with me and she refused to take any other for of id with my name clearly printed on it with a photo. As she goes to the back room I hear her talking loudly about me with a mother worker calling me rude when I asked politely for a manager.
