They were extremely friendly and accommodating
FedEx always delivers my packages to the wrong address. I have tried contacting them. They give me no options to contact the driver and let them know to double check the address. I can only do that if I give them credit card and billing information. Shipping is paid through a separate party. There is no need for my information. My address is correct. Please correct your driver , who has made a simple mistake.
Envelope went missing, paid for priority, happens, I get it, the 800FEDEX number was unhelpful in tracking it down, but RENA went above and beyond to help me (so did some other lady in the background but i didnt talk with her) you could tell she cared and was doing everything she could to get to the bottom of this very important envelope!!!! thank you Rena!!
