Older man that was working the front counter the morning of 9/12/26 was extremely rude. He complained that I had preprinted shipping labels and said that FedEx doesn’t use those anymore. I asked him what their new process was and he refused to give me a good explanation while continuing to be rude throughout our entire interaction. I walked inside to ask where can I EMAIL papers not mail and they acted like they couldn’t understand what I was saying.
Their drivers apparently dont know how to use GPS or read. Every package i get from them goes to the WRONG ADDRESS!! EVERY TIME! Start calling you guys FINDEX cuz I have to go find where yous left it...Tried to file a complaint but guess what? The automated robot lady said that she will call me back. Yeah right! Anyways anything that I buy in the future will definitely be shipped using USPS or UPS. Peace out FINDEX
Closed for 1/2 hour in middle of day because only one person working. No info about that online. Drove 30 min to get here and can’t wait another 30. Guy working was nice and it’s not his fault but what terrible business practices.
