This location has poor service. I brought a box with a part to be returned to a company. I had the return label and barcode from the company and it was scanned in and sent on its merry way. I received it back at my house a couple days later. I went back to this Fed Ex facility again and the employee scanned it and said she could not send it because it was already scanned. Long story short, I contacted a representative through facebook and they created a new label for me and is going to have it picked up at my house tomorrow.... read more
