I sent a package at the beginning of Dec, which was supposed to go to Canada. It stayed at customs for days and wouldn't go through because the FedEx guy at the counter never put what was in the package. So now my friend at Canada needs to get a broker to solve all this so she can get her package
Unorganized and the sales person didn't know what she was doing, but in the end I got what I needed. So it is what it is.
