Very professional and efficient service
Avoid this location. I came in for help with an international shipment and was charged an outrageous $165 for the "cheapest, slowest" option. (Quoted at 2–4 weeks) The package arrived the next day. When I returned to address this blatant discrepancy, the manager, Brian Silber, was incredibly condescending and unprofessional. He refused to take any responsibility for the misinformation provided by his staff. This is the worst level of customer service I’ve experienced. Save your time and money—go elsewhere.
Located close to the Danbury Mall. Great for dropping off any Fedex packages. Friendly and helpful employees. Dropbox located in the front. No need to go inside if your package has a label and fits in the box. Open Monday through Saturday. Check opening and closing times.
