Customer service is 10/10, these guys have always helped me with all my shipping needs. Can be busy at times but they provide really good customer service.
I recently visited this FedEx Ship Center in Danbury to ship a box of shoes within the US, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Sometimes dropping off packages can be a hassle, but this location made the entire process incredibly smooth and simple. The customer service was outstanding. The staff member who helped me was kind enough to securely tape up my box so it was completely ready for transit. They don’t even try to deliver your packages , they don’t even attempt, I stayed at home all day waiting for a shipment and it said they tried and on my ring camera they never even came! This is horrible.
