Customer service is 10/10, these guys have always helped me with all my shipping needs. Can be busy at times but they provide really good customer service.
I recently visited this FedEx Ship Center in Danbury to ship a box of shoes within the US, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Sometimes dropping off packages can be a hassle, but this location made the entire process incredibly smooth and simple. The customer service was outstanding.
