Worst place ever to get in touch with a live agent.Called 2 different numbers and could recognize the tracking number of an it they said they delivered and was not. This company is negligent.
Today my package was delivered to the wrong address. I called Celeste, 10 minutes later she informed me that she corrected the problem and within an hour my package was on my porch! Thank you Celeste, you are amazing!!!
Fast very helpful staff.
Can not talk with a live real local person or a live person anywhere. Can’t get questions answered. Beyond awful!!!
