Umpteenth time thet mis delivered my package and showed pic of a house I don't know with my package at a door that looks nothing like mine or my neighbors
After a mix-up on the Date to be Delivered, Jeff at the local shipping and receiving office was kind enough to search out our package on the day it was supposed to be delivered. He went above and beyond, and we were truly grateful. He was professional, personable, and courteous… Excellent employee, he should get a raise!
