Awful, awful customer service. The manager herself was rude when I asked followup questions to better understand.
Short staffed so I had to wait for a woman who had to come from the warehouse. I wasn't upset. I just don't understand hiw places like that are understaffed. They likely need to pay better.
kind staff helped me ship my irregular package for a very reasonable price
Not my greatest visit to a FedEx shipping center. Personal could have been more helpful than they were. Maybe she was just having a bad day.
