google took me to wrong entrance but close - if your at fairbanks scales, go to the next driveway at other end same building. under- but highly competently- staffed. seemingly only front staff was highly efficient, but patient, as i muddled through my first international shipment. not that you have many (any?!) other choices for real FedEx location in an hour drive radius, but this is a good one. Paid for 2day express delivery. Was suppose to be delivered, today. Showed it was on the truck and out for delivery. I just received an update that it’s being delivered tomorrow. That no attempt was made, today. I waited all day. No way to contact the local office. 😔
