Everyone was nice kind and professional
All three of my experiences with fedex have been with live fish and they’ve all been late resulting in dead fish. I pay premium for overnight shipping and they can never honor that. They mixed up my order the first time, delaying it a day. The second time they got my package and decided not to notify me until after the weekend resulting in coral and fish being dead. And finally today they took two days to get my order to Fairbanks then decided not to load it into the van to deliver it. Now I just have to wait until Monday to... read more
The clerk was super happy to help me out. I wasn't sure what I needed to ship my parcel and had even less of an idea about what forms were going to be needed. The clerk walked me thru the process and helped me to fill out the form! Thank you for the help and for being super patient!
