All three of my experiences with fedex have been with live fish and they’ve all been late resulting in dead fish. I pay premium for overnight shipping and they can never honor that. They mixed up my order the first time, delaying it a day. The second time they got my package and decided not to notify me until after the weekend resulting in coral and fish being dead. The clerk was super happy to help me out. I wasn't sure what I needed to ship my parcel and had even less of an idea about what forms were going to be needed. The clerk walked me thru the process and helped me to fill out the form! Thank you for the help and for being super patient!
It has been almost a week longer than the delivery date, and I still do not have my package. USPS would have been faster.
This location is permanently closed and has a sign on the gate telling you to go to 6059 Old Airport Road. Fedex hasn't bothered to update google about this one closing or the other one even existing
