Had a package to be delivered. Driver labeled knocked on door. He never knocked or rang the doorbell then they didn’t want to redeliver that day or even that evening. Horrible company with horrible employees!
Always house packages on the truck. Ready to deliver but never delivers them on time. You have to literally scan a package when you put it on the truck so why are so many missing their packages? FedEx needs to get their crap together. I've had the worst experience with them. If I could choose who delivers my packages, I would choose UPS all the way
Had. My pa late since Feb 2 .. been sitting in beaver and they won’t deliver .. I can’t believe this co is still in business .. they are scammers ..
Donald from the Beaver store was a fine and courteous human being. He looks like someone who you could trust. The haters in these reviews got their wish. FedEx is shutting down in March. How good does it feel to put this man out of a job? I bet you do not care. What goes around, comes around. They have been booked back because of the weather and if people cannot realize that then you cannot think further than your nose. Another problem is they lack employees which they cannot help.
