It was quick and easy
The manager, Irma, does not have any idea how to be a manager if this FedEx location. I came in and saw and heard her talk to an employee with such anger! She should never speak to any of her employees that way ever…I feel sorry for all of them.
They are open from 10 to 5 and leave during lunch, which is the only time I have to pick up a critical package. I am disgusted.
It's a FedEx office. I don't know why Google wants a review for an office.
Through a former employer, I qualify for a generous corporate discount. I expected to have to wait for someone to look up and verify the discount, call support, etc. To my pleasant surprise, the agent on duty offered several shipping options using my corporate discount, and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Agent was helpful, cheerful and thanked me for my business. Couldn't have asked for better service. 😃
