Ok so I get it! FedEx is running off of an old system so is UPS, Apparently FedEx is cheaper but cannot keep up with the high demands that Amazon brought to the table and now Wal-Mart. So I guess you cannot blame the workers. This two star goes to the much higher ranking officials that need to take there tie off and figure it out! And not on Patrons time!
Can not deliver to the correct address. I have lived here for 13 years and never they still can't get a package to my house, then they say they are going to hold a facility 2 hours away and I can pick it up there, or they will send it back to the company that shipped it. Tried to call customer service and they don't speak English well enough to understand hardly anything they say. Call UPS. I've lost count of how many times FedEx has let me down when I needed a shipment to arrive on time. Paid for overnight, which meant deliver Friday morning. They show up to a closed business Saturday afternoon (no way for me to meet them there). The 'hold at fedex location' option error'ed out on me on the website. Their customer service reps could do nothing to help me (couldn't even give me an accurate location of the package or options to hold / redeliver) and the updated delivery added two additional days. Once again Fed Ex failed to deliever my shipment to the correct address. I have lived here for over 7 years and Fed Ex has about a 90% FAILURE rate when it comes to completing a delivery. In comparison UPS has never left a package at the wrong address or taken one back to the terminal. My advice if you live in Chautauqua county is to never use Fed Ex!!!! Simply terrible service! I am about to head out now in the snow to find a package that was apparently left outside at the wrong address!!! Thanks Fed Ex!
