You guys suck at what you do
The worst delivery service out there and one of the worst center's I've lived near. They have failed to deliver multiple packages to the correct address. If you are delivering in the UP, learn how to use a map.

Very slow. Never on time. They will drive around your house in circles half the day and deliver your package very late in the day. If you even get it that day at all.
