This is the worst service of any organization I’ve had to work with! There is no way you can get through to actually speak to a human and no chat service will take care of even the simplest of problems They put the packages down by the road right by the mailbox instead of bringing it up to the house so that when the plow comes by, it knocks the packages into the snowbank. The package was very heavy and actually got shoved or buried. in the snowbank!

People are friendly and helpful. Telephone automated system must have developed by the most sadistic individual alive. Enough to make me want to go elsewhere !
