Destroys or loses packages
I visited this location with lots electronics to ship. Austin was super helpful. He provided guidance on how best to pack everything, answered my questions, and quickly got my packages on their way. Thank you!
I don't appreciate unneeded oil "deliveries". Evidently, one of the FedEx delivery vehicles is leaking oil since it has anointed my driveway during the past two deliveries.
Please update your office hours. Drive 20 minutes to get to this location which was listed as open from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to find a make shift sign saying gone to lunch. No specific return time was listed. Poor customer service before I even got any service.
Cleanest place on earth.. very helpful staff
