This is the worst service of any organization I’ve had to work with! There is no way you can get through to actually speak to a human and no chat service will take care of even the simplest of problems
Opened on time and helped us right away. Awesome!
Deliveries consistently left at garage door, nearly backed over a package more than once. Tried to call to discuss, automated system didn't recognize problem, wouldn't connect me to a representative. I"m greatly disappointed in Fed Ex ( UPS doesn't seem to have these issues!)
