I have tried for 2 days now to pick up a package that I had held on 6/28 and both time I have gone to get it after 2pm (when it says that they should be open), they have been closed despite showing being open on here. Not only that but I have called customer support each time before driving out there; and each time was told “yes, they are open and you will be able to pick up your package.” Apparently customer support doesn’t even know if their own building is open and are not very helpful when I tell them that a locked door ... read more

came to pick up a live animal package. they have to be picked up within 2 hours of delivery for the live arrival guarantee, but the place doesn't open until 2. no exceptions even for a LIVE ANIMAL????
Here I am. Surprise! They are closed today. Period. Great. I drove a distance to time my visit. Thanks so much for your limited hours [2pm-5pm] and then complete unreliability. It is no fun trying to conduct business with such weird hours.
