Friendly and helpful people to work with, on sending and receiving packages!
Please teach your drivers to read house numbers. They dumped the whole neighborhoods packages at one place,again! We never get deliveries to our house. Ongoing for years! Never have a problem with UPS take a lesson from them!
Very unorganized it seems. Every Tuesday I get a food order and I always got it on time until it started coming from Mosinee FedEx, now it’s delayed every week until the next day and it is a food order. Totally not acceptable. What happens when summer comes? People doing food now have it on a truck that’s not climate controlled for multiple days until they decide they have time to deliver it.
