This place will not let you connect to a person to discuss their delivery failure. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Supposed to have a package delivered today and I tracked delivery via fed ex app and seen he was in my town. Watched him pull up two houses down then back down the road and turned around. Next thing you know he went back to mosinee and never got my package. He was in my small town for over an hour and it never got delivered. Instead the guy backed down the road to turn around. Unreal.
Whoever delivered my package blatantly placed it to hide a hole in the package. As far as im concerned that is theft and these idiots just dont care. Your employee hides damage and my package was empty. What comes around goes around!
