Small place, employee that was working there was friendly. Wasn't busy, so quick in and out. Was a bit of a drive for me to get there. Just wish there was a location in Wausau/Weston to visit in person to do business as well. Parking lot could be improved.
I had a package that was supposed to come Monday through mosinee Wisconsin FedEx and it said delay has happened and it said out for delivery and I never got the package so it was ganna get delivered today Tuesday and it said out for delivery at 3.am so I expected it to be at my house it never arrived as it still says arriving today witch is complete bs idk why they have it when I'm over an hour away from them it got delayed twice and Im pissed about it so I'ma call customer support tomorrow and they aren't gonna be happy wit... read more
Drivers are super slow, support is super slow, drivers consistently no showing with no notes. Do not ship with fedex ever. Use UPS or USPS when possible instead
Well Fedex is NO Better! Took a fairly large box to the Mosinee Location…Watched it being scanned in…the first attempt the lady said it wouldn’t scan then she said it went! Got a receipt and tracking number! Sort of forgot about it and somewhere along the line lost my receipt! Went back to Fedex to see why the Tracking hasn’t moved in over a week!
