Driver can't read. Bypass my house with my package and didn't deliver. Try to call the facility and get automated system that won't connect you to a rep. Payed money for delivery and already looking to be 2 days late. Not the first time I've had issues with FedEx delivering items on time
Fast service, no problems what so ever..
You delivered my package to the wrong address, and let a complete stranger sign for my package without making sure it matches the name on the shipping label. I've been in contact with customer service 12 different times, and your exported awful customer service won't do anything to fix the issue. You expect me to contact the seller in order to deal with you. I'm the wronged customer. Your practices are anti consumer. I want the driver who let a stranger receive my package fired.
