I never knew that Fedex could just say that they delivered a package when they never did and take no responsibility or even call the driver they told me its the shippers problem if their driver lies
Yesterday the driver pulled up and didnt feel like looking through all his packages to find mine. He told me he would bring it back the next day. I told him I would like it now since it's on the truck. He told me he would bring it back by the end of the day. He did not bring it back. so fast forward to today and I see the truck pull in our driveway.. stop .. and then proceeds to leave even though my package is on that truck. This place is a joke… had it on the truck didn’t deliver… brought back to the facility… 10 days later still no package 🤨
Fast and friendly service and the workers were willing to help from the phone call until I arrived to pick up my package.
